Does coaching also work online?
I'm flexible in that regard. Basically, you can choose between online and face-to-face appointments. The final decision is yours. The only thing I don't offer is telephone appointments. Coaching thrives on mutual interaction and mutual perception. Many sensory perceptions (gestures, facial expressions, etc.) are lost over the telephone.
What costs should you roughly plan for?
Of course, this depends on various factors:
Initial situation, objective, complexity, your commitment, etc.
The basic rate is 149€ per hour.
I also offer "Yellow", a limited, low-cost special contingent for young people that I subsidize myself. After all, I was young myself once and there were times when I wanted nothing more than an experienced, affordable coach during that phase.
What is the difference between life and business coaching?
While life coaching focuses on people with their personal values, goals and challenges, business coaching is more concerned with communication, leadership, vision, goals, productivity and challenges in a business context.
As a private person, the topic of "job" is certainly an important aspect of life, which makes the job part of the coaching dimension. And of course the entrepreneur, the manager or the employee also has a private life that influences the person. All sides flow into the coaching process.
